Terms & Conditions when using our Studio

Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

Payment: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to change your booking, please refer to the rescheduling policy below.

Rental Hours: Your booking time includes setup, production, and teardown. Please ensure you vacate the studio by the end of your booked time. Additional time is charged at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability.

Self Check-In: The studio operates on a self check-in basis. Access instructions will be provided prior to your booking. Unless a Studio Operator has been booked separately, no staff will be present during your rental.

Studio Operator (Optional): A Studio Operator can be requested during the booking process, subject to availability, for an additional fee.

Equipment Use: All studio equipment and facilities must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Please report any issues immediately.

Damage & Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any loss or damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or facilities caused during the rental period by themselves or anyone accompanying them. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Cleaning: The studio must be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was found. Additional cleaning or waste removal may incur an extra charge.

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, open flames, glitter, confetti, paint, or any hazardous materials are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing prior to the booking.

Guests: The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all crew members, clients, models, and guests attending the session.

Occupancy Limits: The maximum studio occupancy must not be exceeded. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the booking may not be accommodated and are treated as cancellations.

Access & Security: The renter must not share the studio access code with anyone outside their booking. All doors must be securely locked when leaving the premises.

Liability: LCA Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or vehicles brought onto the premises.
